At reflectEDcoaching, each session offers a calm, confidential space for educators and those who support others to think clearly, reflect deeply, and reconnect with their confidence and direction.
Drawing on more than three decades of experience across education, leadership, and reflective practice, I support teachers, school leaders, and education professionals who feel stretched, uncertain, or simply in need of space to think.
Whether you’re navigating workload pressure, leadership responsibility, changing expectations, or simply feeling stuck, coaching gives you time to slow down, hear your own thinking, and move forward with clarity and steadiness.
Coaching is delivered online, making it accessible wherever you are.

3 sessions – £270
6 sessions – £480

Standard session: 60 minutes

• Repeat-back and mirroring techniques to help you hear your thinking clearly
• Space to untangle overwhelm, pressure, or uncertainty
• Support to identify your next steps with clarity

• Online sessions worldwide (London GMT)
• Evening and weekend availability

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your first session.
Payment & Booking Terms

The remaining balance is due before the second session begins.

Payments are made securely via a SumUp or PayPal link, emailed to you after you submit a booking form.

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
