• Your payment confirmation (not full card details)

I do not collect unnecessary data, and I do not use tracking cookies beyond what Wix requires for site functionality.

Recording
I do not record sessions unless explicitly agreed in writing, and only for training, reflection, or supervision.
You may decline recordings at any time.

5. Payments

Payments are handled through secure external providers such as SumUp or PayPal.
I do not have access to, or store, your full payment card information.

6. How Your Data Is Stored

Your information may be securely stored in:

• Encrypted email accounts

• Password-protected digital notes

• Wix’s secure platform (for website submissions)

Wix may store information on servers outside the UK.
Wix is fully compliant with UK GDPR and international privacy standards.  This includes secure servers located in the EU, US, or other regions as permitted under UK data transfer rules.

Wix may use essential cookies required for the website to operate.  I do not use optional or marketing cookies.

I do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for communication, coaching, safeguarding, or legal record-keeping.  Coaching notes are typically retained for up to 7 years in line with standard professional practice, unless there is a legal requirement to keep them longer.
